Welcoming and Personable! Communicates clearly and clarifies questions and concerns! Although I brought up other concerns, to which Dr. Grondin responded to, she remained focused on the purpose of my visit and helped me feel comfortable and confident providing me with a clear path! Dr. Grondin also included me in every aspect of the evaluation and even showed me the xray describing each detail, which was very reassuring to me! I didn’t have to wait for her comments to be posted in my patient portal or chart, nor did I have to remember everything because she hand wrote everything down and handed it to me! It had been five years since I last saw her, and I’m glad Dr. Grondin is still around to help with my foot or ankle pain. Thank you, Dr. Grondin!

Great experience. Over 10 years of extreme hand pain at thumb joint and I now have either no pain or very manageable pain for months. It is life changing. The steroid injection was very painful but it stopped the pain cycle and chronic inflammation. With minimal PT and a hand brace I now know how to protect and strengthen my hand and stop the inflammation/pain cycle before or takes over. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything I wanted to understand about my hands and thumb. I couldn't be happier asked more grateful. A+++

Dr. Grondin is awesome!! She addresses me in such a caring manner and really listens to me & my concerns!
When Dr. Grondin shares her knowledge & advice she uses the posters on the walls of the room or a model of a foot. This visual is so helpful!!

Best foot doctor ever. Dr. Suzanne Grondin is fantastic. Explains what things are, you never feel rushed, she’s always smiling. Just a great experience. Shout out to the office staff as well.

Dr. Schaffer did a fantastic job helping me with my elbow pain. I wanted to try a conservative route after finding out that I had torn tendons and he was very willing to accommodate. In the end, I opted for surgery and I felt like I was in good hands through the entire process. 3 months later, I am virtually pain free and back to my daily activities... thank you Dr. Schaffer!
