Extremely well run office! Dr. Schaffer listened to my concerns and presented several treatment options. I appreciated his attention to my preferences. Dawn and Nicole were extremely helpful. Dawn scheduled my surgery and I felt extremely well cared for. The wait for the appointment was most definitely worth it.

I recently had to see a hand specialist, due to an ongoing painful issue. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, designated to assist patients of Dr Bradley Schaffer. After only a few minutes in the waiting room, Dr Schaffers medical assistant called me in for basic intake questions, almost immediately followed in by Dr Schaffer. Dr Schaffer reviewed my recent MRI, and provided a very in depth explanation of the source of my pain, as well as treatment options, of which I chose the route I preferred that time. Dr Schaffer was extremely professional, and knowledgeable about what may have caused my condition. He attentively listened to my concerns, offering his opinion when needed-I left the office feeling very satisfied with the treatment options discussed, and ultimately chosen, that Dr Schaffer had given for the best options to alleviate my pain. I highly recommend this provider to all who are looking for a provider that not only listen to, but provides the best treatment options available, for his patients.

Thank you to the office staff for setting up an appointment to see Dr Schaffer . All office staff are professional and courteous . The building and the office is organized and clean I am greatly appreciative of Dr Schaffer . He was informative of my injury and put a treatment plan in place along with appropriate testing . He has alleviated a lot of stress just knowing he has knowledge resources and is a professional . I feel he is experienced shows he cares about his patients and takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns . Thank you

Seems like a nice guy. He listens and explains what's wrong and tells you what should be done. I would recommend Dr. Shaffer if anyone needs a hand surgeon. He was recommended by my PCP and is highly recommend.

HE’S ON TIME!!! Spends the time necessary to tend to the patient but is on time. I hate waiting forever for a follow up appointment. He’s efficient and friendly but aware of time.

Everyone their is great and they all do there job never have to wait. Dr. Shaffer is a very good surgeon
